- Online support is used for training sessions and presentations.
- You are able to join the online session by clicking on the button below.
- The session is normally pre-arranged with a member of the S4B Support Team who will agree a date & time suitable to you.
How does it work?
- When you click on 'Join Session' - you will enter the session ID number (given to you over the phone) and them enter your first name
- check that the HTML Viewer is selected
- then click the link 'For joining view-only'
You will then see the login screen (below)
No Downloads or software:
When joining in a training or Presentation session, no software or programs are downloded on to your PC.
